Everyday Mango Smoothie

Mango is the star of the show in this smoothie. This combination is a favorite in our house.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium red apple
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 cup mango I use frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds You can use ground flaxseed instead if you prefer
  • 1 tbsp raw almonds
  • 3 cups water

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender or a large Nutribullet cup, if you are using a Nutribullet. 
  2. Blend until Smooth.
  3. Drink & Enjoy!

Notes

If you do not have a high speed blender or a Nutribullet, you can still make this smoothie, the end result just won't be as smooth.
